At this stage I’m not sure if we are fishing tomorrow or not.

If no fishing & the weather stays as predicted I will be there with the Mt Gay 30 & the Fireboat.

Will update after tea tonight.

I believe the Moose may be back this week as well.

  1. Sorry guys but I won’t make it this week as we are heading out fishing tomorrow

Very gentle day for sailing at the Canal this morning. The most excitement was the amount of water ingress in Ron’s Purple People Eater. Three large cracks around the keel box sure let in a heap of water.

twas an interesting day sailing with no wind to a fair wind (if predator had been there we would have had a lot more wind ) but….. we did have a long lost sailor return to the canal in the the form of Bad Angel with his boootiful sail boat an it went well in all the wind conditions ol pinkie was true to form….. racing the ducks racing the white bait an racing any one who dared to get on the water…… an dear ol Ron …… wasn’t his day ….. battery giving up the ghost and setting him on the mud flats which was a blessing because the boat had half her hull ( inside ) full of water and into the electrics coulda been worse …coulda been mine who else … arhhh yes big Bad Dave he was at the starting gate with his yellow terror an it did he terrorised every one even pinkie was intimidated that damn thing just flew…….. his boat was the only thing moving when there was no wind …. scary NOW A LITTLE BIT SERIOUSNESS DAVE IS TO go into hospital next week for a long over due operation on his lungs I take it on myself on behalf of the sailing crew to say……. Cobber we will be thinking of you on the day and I’m 100 o/o positive all will go well ……bring it on

  5. Well said Kermit & all the best with your operation Dave, I’m sure you will be back & fighting fit in no time at all.
