Hello Field Flying Gang….. Well we have decided to have another one of our Christmas AGM’s at BA’s hanger to elect new office bearers and knock our current president off his high chair…. For those who did not vote at our office bearer election Captain Pilot Officer Ian Milne (1st class, star and bar & dunny lid) was elected to all office positions even if he did decline so he was press ganged into office kicking and screaming…. Now that was a laugh…
This AGM is really the “Field Flying Gang Christmas Party” in disguise so all the fairy light will be on so all we fairies know where to gather.
So this is what the gang decided.. We will meet at BA’s hanger Friday 6 December 2019 around 1800 (6.00pm for those who don’t do the 2400 clock) with” WIVES” (this is not a boys night it’s more sophisticated & refined) mainly to show the girls that our manners really have improved since our last AGM. Now gang this time wives in hand and not you sausage please. Our last AGM was fun fun, fun, flying drones when it got dark so we reckon we should also do that again. I will be firing up the wood fired Pizza oven and will supply all the pizzas so along with that we will also have Flight Line BBQ operating with John doing his great fancy BBQ cooking show. The bbq is BYO. Also if the ladies (which includes all you flying gang Shelia’s) please bring a desert as we did last time…. BYO fizzy drinks as well. This will be another fun night and yes the pesky video camera will be hiding for that embarrassing footage… So mark this in you calendars and start preparing….
