CRASH / IMPACT. THE AIRCRAFT BEING FLOWN BY TGFS. CFI .CAPT KERMIT LA FROG IN A SURPERB MANNER WHILST DOING TURNS AT AN ANGLE OF APPROX 45% . ON THE VIEWED VIDEO THE SAID AIRCRAFT PERFORMED A SIMILAR TURNS
BUT AT AN ESTIMATED ANGLE OF 50 DEGREES A LOOSE WEIGHT REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN HORIZONTAL FLIGHT SHIFTED TO THE ANGLE OF TURN BRINGING THE WEIGHT TO THE NOSE THUS CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO COMPLETE A VERTICAL ANGLE RESULTING AN UNRECOVERABLE FLIGHT IMPUT CLIMAXING WITH AN INPACT WITH TERA FERMA
……PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE DECLARED DECEASED ON SITE .
THE VIDEO HA BEEN SCRUTINISED BY THE CRASH INVESTIRGATION TEAM AND ALL HAVE DECLARED : THE CRASH WAS BY WEIGHT SHIFT AND POSSIBLE EAGLE INTERFERENCE …. NO PILOT ERROR CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PILOT IN COMMAND
NOTES : EAGLES WERE SIGHTED AT THE FIELD / LOW LIGHT / SHIFTING WIND PATTERN / REFLECTED LIGHT FROM GOAL POSTS / TO MANY PEOPLE WITH CAMERAS /
THE INCIDENT VIDEO FILMED BY SOME ONE NAMED GG WAS NOT HELPFUL IN THIS INVESTERGATION AS TO ITS LACK OF FILM SMOOTHNESS AND WE REOMMEND VIDEO TUTORING…MISS B .KNOKARS
