As it turned out the wind today was a bit stronger than initially predicted but it didn’t interfere with anyone’s flying.

We has 6 pilots in attendance today & also a visit from Gerald & Ross but without their planes.

I got to maiden (or actually re-maiden) the “MilkCrate Express”, Ross’s old Bush Mule that is now flying again after a rather extensive & time consuming rebuild.

At least she flew like a dream.

Kermit flew his ZOHD glider without problems but that was the only plane he managed to get airborne, with his others failing for one reason or another.

He did however manage a few parachute drops for Kermit (the stuffed one) and Miss Piggy from his quadcopter.

Stephen had his gas powered Albatross & his electric Red Devil airborne for several flights.

DaveP was mainly videoing with his mini quads although I believe his ZOHD Dart (the one that got lost last Friday) had a far more successful flight this week.

Another fine set of videos and the amazing death defying feats of Le Frog and Mademoiselle Piggy were great.

Chris, loved your gliding and so here’s some photos of me at Shrobdon airfield , UK and at Turf airfield north of Phoenix Arizona on the way back from Lake Pleasant – it was very HOT and a 1 hour flight for $100.

Great videos Chris, reminded me of my two flights one from Shobdon airfield in the UK https://g.co/kgs/wp4PogB and one from Turf Field north of Phoenix – we were on our way back from Lake Pleasant and flew in thermals for nearly an hour – it was HOT
