Field fly at the beginning of April

6 of us turned up today, being myself, Mike, Andrew, Dave, Karl and RianRex. We had to wait for James the farm manager to let us in due security incidents on his farm. Wind was light maybe 5 kts but becoming 10 kts after lunch. Thermals were weak but once you got high they were easy to find. I climbed up in a couple from only 10m high in my Radian glider. I had 2 bingles, Andrew 1 but they don’t count as Kermit not there to video. Here is my brief footage of today.

Yes it was another fine day of flying.

Given you are only here for a couple more weeks I guess you better keep a lookout for the next flying day.
