Eleven skippers enjoyed good racing at the Pond today with a light but steady breeze from the north and northeast. We completed 10 three lap short course scratch races in good time. Rijk was a clear winner, very fast for 7 line honours wins. Outstanding Rijk! Richard and Greg fought out the podium placings on a count back, Greg having a good day but Richard came home strongly to just pip him. Good to see Mark Salter back from a stint away together with Scott Price not to mention all the other participants. Let’s hope the weather keeps improving in the coming weeks.
