Orford Scratch Results 27/3/2026

[Tiles]

Six intrepid skippers raced today at the Pond in brisk autumn conditions. We enjoyed a keen south westerly with plenty of puffs to make things interesting and completed our 10 two lappers in quick time (with no takers to tackle three laps or additional races due to the cold fingers!!). A clear winner of our scratch racing was Richard with an impressive 6 wins on the day. He was followed by Rijk (2 wins) and Greg (1 win). Well done guys.

Hi Kermit, we have had some videos taken at odd times – including some good drone shots. From memory the conditions in all are very light but they do give an idea of the pond we sail on. I will have a look and see if I can dig them out.
