No maiden flight for his Beaver with the New ELRS radio system today.
I had one acceptable flight with my “Li’l Eagle” biplane and that is where I should have quit as on the second flight I got hit with a gusting twister and quickly hit the ground, it’s repairable (yet again) but only just.
Ron had one very successful flight with his Tundra & didn’t attempt a second (smart man). We waited round till about 11:30 to see if the wind would settle down & then packed up and went home, just as the rain decided to return.
Stephen arrived (with a plane to fly) just as we were about to leave so he did the same.
