Weather Guru Stephen worked his magic again and picked a perfect fly day today.

We had 5 in attendance with everyone flying multiple planes.

Unfortunately Kermit  B de Mille (resident camera & BBQ guru) was not available today so we had to cook our own BBQ and the amount of video footage could be a tad short.

Neil got to maiden his recently acquired Grand Tundra V2 and after a bit of fine tuning was very happy with the results.

I gave the Draco a bit of a workout but it still needs a bit more fine tuning since I replaced the Spektrum FC with a  Speedy Bee F405 Wing Mini. For some reason I’m getting virtually no throw on the rudder (and the Draco needs a lot) so I’ll need to sort that before next outing. Other than that it flew OK and I managed to get some onboard video.

Nice to see you guys flying at last. In Philippines I have been doing a lot of sailing but as it happens we went flying yesterday so here is my handycam footage.

Nice to see a bit of action from up your way, weather down here has not been great for flying but should be more consistently better from mid October (hopefully)

That’s some spectacular flying and the sky looks nice and smooth.

So, you will be back for the new year, did you get good priced fares?

        Keep enjoying the sunshine 👍🙏

Keep them coming. Sailing videos would also be acceptable.
