I have added a new link to the top of our Links Page for registering your new DF65 / DF95 RC yacht and obtaining an appropriate Sail Number.
These days registrations & Sail Number issues are all handled via the Australian DF Radio Sailing Association. It is free to register & free to obtain your sail numbers.
Sail numbers can easily be stencilled onto your sails using an indelible “texta” pen or you can obtain vinyl cut numbers from various sources.
As I service to members I can supply vinyl cut sail numbers & DF logo’s in limited colours so if you wish to locally source them then I can supply at relatively short notice at a reasonable price. Usually supplied black but I can also supply some other colours as well.
Costs
DF65 sail numbers – 4 sets of two or three digits & two DF65 logo’s $15.00 per set (This is enough for one Jib & one Mainsail only)
RG65 sail numbers – 4 sets of two or three digits & two RG65 logo’s $15.00 per set
DF95 sail numbers – 4 sets of two or three digits & two DF95 logo’s $20.00 per set
