Proposed DF65 sail day at Orford / Triabunna

The Orford Sailing Group have issued an invitation to DF65 skippers to join them for a sail day at “The Pond” followed by lunch / bbq.
The proposed date is Friday 10th November dependant on a favourable weather forecast, with button press at 11 am. FYI it is one hour travelling time from Puddleduck to The Pond.

The Pond is located on private property, left hand side on Louisville Rd (approx 100 mtrs) heading towards  the Eastcoaster Resort. Further detail to be provided prior to Sail Day.

Just to tie up some details regarding the visit to Orford Radio Sailing Group on 17th November:

• Competition to be run by the Puddleduck mob. Starting gun goes off at 11am.
• Access to “The Pond” is a gate to the left about 100m down Louisville Road from the Tasman Highway at Orford
• Bring your own lunch/drinks etc. a barbecue is available.
• The event is weather dependent- confirmation will be posted two or three days prior.
