Exciting sailing at the Duck today, 10 sailors all managed to get on the podiumĀ at some stage. Top job once again done by Sue, even though she needed her granddaughter to help with lap counting at one stage. Lots of wind variations as usual which gives everyone a good chance depending on the timing of shifts and gusts. Lots of guys did the right thing and waited for the others to catch up when they got too far out in front. Graeme cleaned up in the RG class, no one even came close and he had a good win in race 8. Surprise surprise, JP came out on top today with Phil Mackey not far behind. Phil did manage to run aground and have a gear issue for the first three races just to give everyone a chance, then stormed home for second. The Smiling Assassin finished third only one point further back. Trout gave his new boat a good run and expectations are high for next time Trout. Cheers everyone Dennis
