Sunday Fly In on a great Autumn day @ the field

Once again Hoppy picked a great fly day.

We were flying from the Shearing Shed field (and most likely will be for a few weeks).

Good turn up today with nine pilots (or was that 11) all enjoying the break from the rain & wind we have been copping recently.

Poor Mr Kermit was still absent today (sick leave). Hope you are better soon Mr Frog and back joining in the frivolities.

I got off to a bad start with a walk of shame (I can almost guarantee someone filmed it so may as well own up) after pranging my little ZOHD Altus twin. Luckily its repairable & will fly again soon.

Managed a couple of decent flights with the Bix 2 Sport and one FPV flight with the Kobuz glider.

By a wide vote margin between today and tomorrow we flew today being Sunday. I think 9 turned up. Wind was very light but thermals were weak. A few bingles but without Kermit there not sure any were caught on camera. Here is my Round the Shearing Shed Footage:
