Hi guys, looks like the planets have aligned and I’ll be able to come down tomorrow from the greater North.

Wow, sailing 2 days in a row!!  Today wasn’t so good for one of our guys as rushed launch + unsealed battery hatch = sunk boat 🙁  Thankfully we anticipate he’ll be able to recover the boat and everything should dry out OK, one of the major benefits of sailing in fresh water!!  Although basically only 3 of us, had a great day with the DF65, scoring a heap of firsts, so otherwise very happy.

I’ll bring my RG (Goth, ex Kyle) down, with a view to making it available for test sails for anyone interested.  Interested in a swap for a 95 if anyone has a spare, otherwise looking for $1,000 for the boat with 3 as new swing rigs and 3 conventional rigs.  Serious offers considered.

Looking forward to meeting you guys, and catching up over lunch, seems I’ve picked the right day to come down 🙂

Hi mate, Bodge and couple of the others are coming up here Saturday with IOMs, so if you are in a position to get the card, and any other Northern ones (eg Nathan Arnold), to Bodge for him to bring up, I can distribute

i see you have a planned fly day Wednesday….. I will be sailing at RB Dam tomorrow and could potentially meet you  on your return journey in the afternoon? Sailing finishes around 2:30pm so as a suggestion I could meet you in the rear shoreline Plaza car park if that is convenient??

Yes we are flying hopefully but depending on the weather we could finish anytime from midday to 3:00 pm.

 

I’ll take the cards with me and just play it by ear.
