A very pleasant day at the canal. The tide was a bit low, but this didn’t stop the Marine Modellers.
First Scotty tried a larger prop on his “King of Shaves” petrol powered beast, but this didn’t help, only broke the flex shaft.
Visited the sailors at the jetty and found Kermit’s boat doing circles in the middle of the canal. luckily Scotty called in and rescued him again.
He then tried to blame an innocent little kid watching on for breaking his boat, which turned out to be a flat battery. (And we all know how Kermit looks after his batteries)
Oh well, at least he didn’t run aground. (At least while we were there)
Here is my video from today,

I AM AMAZED …….. the sinker has produced a video that can be watched without going to sleep the young fella is starting to produce videos that oldies like myself can watch all the way through and at the end not be physically upset Unfortunately he hasnt YET achieved the raw gut wrenching classy videos like his second in command produces .. ANIMAL.. who I’m sure will be presented with the canal trophy . I unfortinually couldnt compete in the canal video competition because an ankle biter whom I generously allowed to play with the duck hunter broke my boat leaving it turning circles in the middle of the canal SO I THANK ANIMAL for his outstand seamanship in returning the duck hunter …………………………………….just sayn

Well I guess this week’s winner is the Animal as he has me on video saying he’s won. But Sinker also submitted an excellent video and deserves an award as well.
Well done to both of you.

Thank you GG.
It was good to see Kermit back sailing this week, it was a bit quite last week with no one to laugh at when he runs aground or breaks down.
