Nice videos but I need to find my thermal underwear for next time.

Yes I am looking forward to flying and available 13th onwards for a few weeks until I get too cold and want to return to the tropics. Also if windy I will be slope soaring if anyone wants to try that. Also going to the full size gliding club for a  day visit one weekend. I just sold my sailboat and delivered it to Palawan and here is one of the stop overs:

Well if Bad Angel didnt crash that is a miracle especially flying Mode 3; Kermit crash is to be expected however.Maybe he should also switch to Mode 3.  Im not flying in Philippines as its sailing season here and two floating bars to sail to.

Nice videos today guys. I belong to the Australian Electric Flight Assoc for over 25 years and they have casual comps and a good Easter rally this year being West Wyalong NSW. See https://aefanet.com/

My wife is back in Hobart and I hope to pop back this year for a while.

Rainy season in Philippines is ending and flying season starting though looks like 2 typhoons in a week or less. Here is todays footage whilst you contemplate the next cold flying in Tassie.

Sailing season is wrapping up soon here followed by torential rain for a few months with embedded typhoons. Went for a RC fly today, a bit warmer than Hobart. Here is my keychain cam on my Italian friend Leo’s twin kit built OS46 twin plane.

Oh ok here is the gliding video as no chickies here.  My wife is busy censoring the boat videos so you can see only pixels

Wow it looks cold there. Here its Summer so 37 degrees and over 90 percent humidity. On Saturday I flew a full size SF34 glider for over 2 hours here. At 4000 feet it was cooler. Still need to edit that footage. Yesterday we went to Batangas and I flew my VTOL. Here is footage of the club and note they have electricity and charging as well as a fan.

And here is keychain footage from my VTOL flights

Let me know if you wanna see the full size footage as I know its not RC or drone. Thats why I dont show pics of the babes on my boat in bikinis as no rc relevance so you wont be interested.

Meanwhile in Philippines I did a 2 days sail from Subic to Puerto Galera and took this drone footage, its a natural typhoon shelter.

Im still playing with my big Cat. Got another 2 months of sailing season here in Subic Bay. But I got a new IT job here so can only do shorter trips. Just came back from 3 days at the bay next door called Port Silanguin. No phone or internet coverage there as no road access, only boat or chopper. Been living on fresh fish 3 days but home now. Off to Hong Kong on biz from Thursday.

in reply to: FLYING MONDAY #16308

Well its peak sailing season here in Subic Bay and Im off on a 4 day sail tomorrow so may take my drone. Yesterday we went to fly RC for first time in months. Here I put my keychain cam on my Italian mate Leos scratch built twin with two OS46 motors. nb I have a new IT part time contract here but for various reasons still pay Oz tax on earnings so Im still supporting all your retirements.

I flew Blaniks including one flight sucked into a Lenticular cloud in Scotland and we called them the Flying Spam Can. Will Bignell has a couple in storage at his farm in Bothwell awaiting wing mods. Has Kermit put his prop on the wrong way again as no power and wouldnt be the first time!!!

Andrew is the best plane catcher. Yesterday I went to our local club with my Italian and Japanese friends. I spotted (for full size traffic) and did video as my fleet needs maintenance but my boat is taking priority. Here is brief footage.
