I’m free either day and would look forward to a fly.
Oh, and yes, to help Sinker’s maid out. 🙂
Nice photos Admiral 🙂👍
Wow! Great write up Shorty.
It was a very challenging day indeed.
Great chase video Dave 👍
Well written Shorty.
I think I need to go on more holidays! 🙂
Great write up Bodge. Thanks for jumping in and offering to do it considering its way past my turn.
I think the sailing conditions we experienced was by far the worst I have seen there. It definitely didn’t help with evaluating some rigging changes I was trying!
Many thanks to Graeme for scoring as it would have been very difficult when large clumps of boats were crossing the line at the same time!
Thanks for the great write up Bodge and for getting it up so soon. You must have been exhausted from doing so much work throught the day. I know I was.
Following are a couple of hat cam videos from the day…

Race 8
Fantastic write up Shorty. I think the day went really well and we are on a winning solution to cater for larger numbers. Thanks for helping out today and for offering to help out this weekend for the Peter Smith Memorial Regatta.
Great write up Bodge.
I echo your thoughts with Dennis and him winning the last race. After packing up, I remembered that I needed to return the dingy after rescuing Geoff’s boat but then I noticed Dennis was returning it for me. Thank you, Dennis. 🙂
Following are a few hat cam videos. I once again forgot to change over the battery in the hat cam and I missed recording the last race. Sorry Dennis.

That’ll be all me hearty’s, Arrrrggghhh……
No worries Nick. The poem was generated with a “pirate language” twist.
A great story Shorty and I love your poem.
Here are a few hat cam videos from today.

A hearty poem from Shorty….
Ahoy, mateys! A tale I shall spin, of a day fine and fair,
At Puddleduck Vineyard, where DF95s did fare.
A gentle breeze, a westerly blow,
Set the scene for racing, a grand and glorious show.Though weary from championships, I couldn’t resist,
To join the fourteen skippers, a sight to be kissed.
Trout, back on his feet, though not yet in the race,
Took on the RO’s role, keeping us all in our place.A figure-eight course, ’twas the path we did sail,
When winds be a-changin’, this course will not fail.
Bodge, he be the one, with two victories grand,
While I, yours truly, took third in the land.Jammy, he sailed well, though no wins did he claim,
But Connor, young Nick, he rose to great fame.
Five points ahead, he sailed with such might,
“He’ll whip our butts,” I said, and I was right! So raise a glass, me hearties, to Connor so bold,
His victory today, a tale to be told.
And to all the skippers, who braved the blue sea,
A grand day of racing, at Puddleduck, d’ye see!More time to chat 🙂
I’ll be sailing at Puddleduck.
