Another fine day for playing with toy boats.
No wind and plenty of sunshine, good swimming weather!
We had a huge turnout down our end today. So much so that parking was at a premium.
We even had Wicky turn up with his brand-new shiny tug for it first sea trials. only to discover that he left the battery at home. (old age)
But Scotty again came to the rescue and loaned him one. Also had the four-cylinder petrol powered “Vicky” back to try some different props.
Didn’t hear any big slashes from up at the jetty today, so it looks like Kermit read the signs…………………….Just Sayn
Just a couple of small errors in your video Mr. Frog.
1. This was filmed before “Ron’s Reef” sign was replaced.
2. This was filmed before you cleaned and serviced the buoys (Eastern buoy sinking)
3. The wind today is blowing a gale from the EAST not the west as in your video.
With all the rain forecasted, you won’t need to jump into the canal to keep that green skin moist this week……………….Just sayn

Well done GG, I would dread to think what would have happened if he only had his imaginary friends there.
Here is my video from today, unfortunately I missed the main action of the trans-canal swim.
I am looking forward to seeing the underwater footage, Kermit.

I also wasn’t going to post a video this week, but I must set the record straight.
I saw poor Kermit’s green yacht totally becalmed up at the jetty, so I thought to myself I will have to help my good mate buddy pal out.
So, being the helpful person I am, I deployed the rescue arm on my Cougar Cat and towed his boat to safety.
As you can clearly see in my video, before I could get to it and safely return it back to the jetty and its owner, someone else grabbed the boat and hid it in the bushes………………Just tellin
