We had another perfect boating day at the canal. Warm, sunny, light breeze and a medium tide.

We had a bit of drama down our end, one of the boats shipped a bit of water over the stern which must have gotten into its receiver.

It then had a mind of its own and went into full reverse and dragged itself under. It stopped after a while and was pushed to the nearest shore for recovery.

And Kermit, I had nothing to do with it, my boat was in the car, and I was holding the camera…………………………………. Just sayn

Pretty good pick of the weather from Mike.

And not a bad video from the one-eyed frog.

Only thing is that comment about the owner’s son being a future “Top Gun Flight School” student – he already fly’s and lands better than you! (Plane is in one piece)

If you be nice to him, he might give you some tips.

If you keep off the shore!

    Thank you GG.

It was good to see Kermit back sailing this week, it was a bit quite last week with no one to laugh at when he runs aground or breaks down.

A very pleasant day at the canal. The tide was a bit low, but this didn’t stop the Marine Modellers.

First Scotty tried a larger prop on his “King of Shaves” petrol powered beast, but this didn’t help, only broke the flex shaft.

Visited the sailors at the jetty and found Kermit’s boat doing circles in the middle of the canal. luckily Scotty called in and rescued him again.

He then tried to blame an innocent little kid watching on for breaking his boat, which turned out to be a flat battery. (And we all know how Kermit looks after his batteries)

Oh well, at least he didn’t run aground. (At least while we were there)

Here is my video from today,

No AI, not fake, just another award-winning video from the sinker studios.

I won, you lost, get over it…………………………Just sayn

P.S. that kid on the kayak dropped his camera off the end of the jetty. I told him that you will jump in next Saturday and get it for him.

(at least his camera was a waterproof one not like someone else)

Thank you very much GG for this week’s award.

Here is the video that “I thought about submitting”, or in Kermit’s words, “the magnificent fictional video”.

P.S. The Marine Modellers of Tasmania have taken possession of the jetty again……………………………………..Just tellin ya.

Ron, “This bloke” is the Inav guru I was talking about on Friday.

He is one of the developers of Inav, so I would do what he says.

Here is a link to Stick commands for Inav (all modes)

I have to agree with you GG, Scotty did a great job on camera, and he’s definitely got the gift of the gab.

It was a very sad sight again at the jetty yesterday, just a lonesome frog running his yacht aground again and again and again.

Luckily Sturt turned up latter to keep him company.
