Your welcome Lisa, that is just how we all like it @ The Duck, it’s a special place to race.
Mike
That sounds like a good idea. I’ll print a few extra “1’s” in case there are any duplicated numbers on Saturday. I need to change the “Colorado Cool-Aid” numbers anyway, just in case it gets sailed next Tuesday again by RonC
Ron, after using the insert link button always click the edit button and make sure the link hasn’t doubled up on the (https//:) bit as this is built into the link setup so sometimes when you cut and paste from another web page you end up with an incorrect link.
I find the easiest is to display the page you want to link to then copy the link from the top address bar, works every time.

Ah well, hopefully I will improve with time.
Ok, after a busy afternoon all 3 videos are finished & posted & the revised score-sheet has been added to the original post.
I would happily put a music track on mine but no one seems to appreciate good Country Music any more so I don’t bother.
Looks like a quiet day was had, saving your strength for The Duck eh?
Thanks for the report & pics Col & Kermit. Sounds & looks like a great day was had by all.
I’ve told the guys NO FLYING next Tuesday (be hard to top today’s flying anyway) as we need to get back in practice for the Pete Smith Memorial on the 7th.
I’ll get the 65’s back out of mothballs this week & all greased up for next Tuesday.
Actually there were two Sky High raiders there today, your big black mate & what we think was a Sea Eagle, about twice the size of your mate. They were putting us all to shame with their surfing of the thermals that we could not get up to.
Thanks Gerald, took a fair bit of stuffing around to get it right as it has to fit around the wing spar and still stay clear of the wing retaining clips that push in from each side.
At least the Gooney now balances much better and there is plentu of room to adjust the battery position to alter the CoG if necessary.
Ah well Pete, at least you & young Ron flew the flag.
Found another video from yesterday !!
I had to repost the first video as there was an issue with the Youtube upload and it wouldn’t embed in the post (only showed link). Experience has shown that the only way to fix it when this happens is delete the file from Youtube and then upload it again.
Should be OK now.
I’ve been a busy little beaver since Tuesday, the Fox glider has been fitted with a standard Plush 30A ESC to replace the newer Plush32 30A that the prop brake wont work on correctly.
Also changed the telemetry reporting from the Fox to the Jumper T16 Pro radio so now it should speak the flight battery voltage once it drops below a safe level.
The Bixler 2 V2 has had the supplied transfers removed (well at least the ones that have already started to peel). Eventually the Livery will be redone with adhesive Vinyl once the majority of the supplied ones (which actually look great but are such crap) peel off.
The little FoxBat ultra-light that met with a mishap on Tuesday now has the tail all re fixed and the wing fixings are almost sorted as well.
After the less than average landing
After repair
I have had to order some metal gear micro servos to replace a couple that stripped (elevator & rudder) so as soon as they arrive she will be ready to fly again.
