Great flying and great video
Lets do Tuesday then – sorry Ron.
11 January 2026 at 13:13 in reply to: Thursday Fly In on a perfect Summers day. First Fly for 2026 #20570Great footage as usual particularly the non-returning Boomerang ðŸ˜.
The Zeros never seemed to get close. More practise?
Fingers crossed for the next fly day.
Don’t feel sad Monsieur Grenouille there are those of us who love your hard work.
I must add that in some of the shots (not your video sorry) the Spiky Flying Group looked like a group of those Easter Island statues – are they really that old – just asking?
A great bit of flying – it looks very spikey though – fast fingers required?
Great couple of videos fellas.
I am pleased to see that I didn’t have a brain fade (’cause Kermit didn’t have anything to film… ) so obviously the walk of shame was staged for a later recording 🤔
I will put up the Calendar for a Friday Fly then. I will be late arriving
True, but I have commitments on Friday.
Extra Pilot – Zoom in.

I was devastated to miss the TGFS performance. It must have been amazing.
I was sooooo upset that I asked Famer Brown if I could fly on Saturday instead.
He said YES.
So a little bit of flying in light winds and warm conditions. And there was even an extra pilot onboard the Boomerang when it landed.
It was lonely without all the stories, but such is life.
A couple of photos to show I was there.
Reliable Mr Red

Mr Boomerang

Looking very good Mr Mike. And the servo protection will finish the job 😉.
Will this wind ever stop 🤔
Looking good 😊
Great videos Chris, reminded me of my two flights one from Shobdon airfield in the UK https://g.co/kgs/wp4PogB and one from Turf Field north of Phoenix – we were on our way back from Lake Pleasant and flew in thermals for nearly an hour – it was HOT

The chair of the sailing committee Captain Pugwash has reviewed the the video and disqualified the green boat for deliberately alternating course to RAM the red boat.😞
Appeals will probably not be considered 🤔
What ideal places to visit.
Great videos – ta
