Another quality video from Toad Hall productions. Maybe it had something to do with you running out of planes to fly but you certainly did capture what was happening around the field.
Trying a new GMA voting program this week. No idea if it will work or not but the timer to the start of voting at 10:00pm Local time is now counting down and voting should be live for 48 hours from 10:00pm tonight.
It doesn’t need linking to the actual videos so if you are late posting (as I will be) it just means less time for your vid to collect votes. We will see how it works.
Looks like Kermit is running late as well & he can’t blame 4K processing for his delay, probably busy repairing today’s carnage.
I have included Hoppy as he generally puts up something as our Foreign Correspondent.
Methinks the lack of votes on your part related more to the video content (only 1 plane doing laps). I think you need more planes to point your camera at.
On the other hand Uncle G also only had one plane to point at but at least there was some action.
Perhaps the voting needs to be for the pilots rather than the videographers.
The voting has closed & the clear winner this week is Uncle G. Well done Gerald

I think the Frogs problem is that he’s been doing so much flying in the very tight confines of his ToadHall airstrip that he can no longer handle the wide open spaces of the Field.
Not his usual trick flying into fences, usually leaves that up to me or Ian.
I think you were both starved of content to video today so that is going to make voting interesting.
I thought Kermie had been out picking mushrooms, then I realised it was the nose of his poor plane.
Oh dear what a day !!
You know the rules Mr Frog, they were etched in stone by the late & great Mr Moose, to wit, “There must be AT LEAST two entries from separate videographers for the weekly GMA to be awarded.
Just waiting for Uncle G’s 4k video to load to Youtube.
Well then there may well be a GMA after all.
Looked like a perfect flying day to me however you seemed to have a lot of No Shows down at the field today. Wonder if it had anything to do with the Green Tree Frog ?
Also, the wind muff on your camera isn’t doing much, you may (like me) need to turn the audio gain level down.
Did you fly Mr Frog & is there video from Uncle G to prove it?, otherwise I guess no GMA’s today.
Your video works well on a mobile phone as well, just move the phone (or use your finger on the screen) to pan about however you need to view it on YouTube as it won’t work on our website on the phone
My old video editor would only do H264 (unless I paid more money to unlock it) but the new one I got today works fine in H264 and H265 so I’ll try it out once I get some more footage without the raindrops.
The first vid from Saturday is 4K , the second one where I was playing with the new editor is only 1080.
Actually it’s easier to use the mouse, scroll wheel controls zoom and hold the left mouse button down and then move the mouse to pan Left Right and Up down.
Works very well, just need your camera up above the cabin roof to get a better view.
I found when editing mine if you reduce the viewing angle to less than 45degrees (to zoom in) it starts to look a bit ordinary but between 90 & 45/50 it zooms & still looks fine.
I guess a bit more playing is in order.
Nice clear video Chris however the 360 degree pan is very notchy, either needs a higher frame rated or a slower Pan.
My original Blade 350QX with the old GoPro2 was a bit like that so I used to just adjust the trim slightly & let it rotate very slowly on its own rather than using the sticks. Came out much better.
Another quality production under very trying conditions Mr Kermit.
