Great writeup Gadget. Yes it’s true my Tx wasn’t happy today soI’ve got my best man (Gadget) looking into its innards as I write this so hoping it’s fixable.
With time on my hands I took a few random videos and still pics. Thank you for your kind words Gadget….I think I had the best day out sailing without the sailing bit..😉A few medical issues have prevented my attendance lately so it was great to be back.
Just like to say congratulations to JP on running the day. He did a marvellous job in often trying conditions which added to the enjoyment of everyone who came.
Thank you John, thank you Sue, a great day out made possible by your attendance and attention.Wow, that was very cool Gadget!!
Living up to your nickname at every turn, well done!👏🏻👏🏻Good one guys, very enjoyable to be sailing with you all again.
Great work again Gadget! Good to be back among the “Duckers” again after the time away.
Thank you Gadget for the good write up and hatcam videos. Today saw many close finishes at times and was a very enjoyable outing all round.
Bastard!!😎
Thanks Gadget for a good write up, looking forward now to the videos!
Good write up thanks Bodge. Looks like Bloody Geoff got the wood on you this time! 😉

Much more sensible and efficient than what we dreamed up initially. Congratulations to Bodge, Gadget and the Puddleduck crew who put it in place.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻9 April 2024 at 16:53 in reply to: Puddleduck Vineyard Racing DF65/RG65 Split Fleet 9 Apr 2024 #16456Excellent work Gadget, Bodge, Sue and Bonnie!! The records certainly were broken today but with your excellent stewardship the racing was still excellent.
The conditions were at time very frustrating for all skippers. Winds from the NW/W flicking around with gusts made it a challenge. I had a day of broken rigging that eventually put me out of the racing. Fortunately all is repairable.
I’ve shot and edited a video of the last race of the day which I hope captures a little of the landmark event. This race was an ‘all in’ and it certainly was busy! I hope you like it.
AdmiralHumble apology to the folks who clicked the previous video link and weren’t able to see the video. When uploaded it automatically was classified as ‘private’ and because of this it could not be seen. Sorry.
Fingers crossed this works!
Congratulations Phil (aka TSA), as Shorty says, you are hitting great form right now.
Good write up as always too Shorty. The PSM races on Saturday were indeed exhausting!!Thank you Lisa, you have given a lot back to our little group and it is much appreciated.
I never dreamed 5 years ago it would grow to the success it now has reached. The friendships that have developed in the time is even greater. Thank you all.I guess somebody has to do it. Just grin and bear it mate!
