    All parts have been printed.

Motor installed, fuselage and wings etc all have been sprayed with a clearcoat ready for the colour.

I tried a different method to glue the LW PLA parts this time as recommended in the instructions: –

I used these small bottles, and it worked really well. A lot easier than putting on the glue and then bringing the parts together.

Rudder, elevator and axle cover have been painted in red, waiting to dry.

    Don’t do it Bodge,

I dropped in for a look a few years ago, and now I have planes everywhere.

    Very addictive.

That’s bright! But where are the side windows?

Looking good Ron, is it ready to fly?

It’s a lot quicker than using the 360 deg camera but a little longer than if you used something like the Gopro as you need to run it through “Gyroflow” to stabilise it.

The main advantage for it is that you can see where you are going, even in bright sunlight, it’s like using the big bright screen on your Mavic.

Being able to record the footage in 1080 on both the Tx and Rx is a bonus.

It also displays the OSD from the flight controller so I can see how fast I run into you and from which direction.

P.S. It makes it a lot easier to see green things, so I shouldn’t run into the wrong yacht……………………………………Just sayn.

Thanks Mike, I was amazed by just how much better the digital system is compared to the old analogue.

I downloaded their “Model A” quite a while ago, but LW PLA wasn’t as easily available then.

Might have to have another look at it if the Albatros works out OK.

Mike, the Corsair is for normal PLA not lightweight like the Cessna I got.

Corsair – Weight of printed parts (w/o wheels): 3710 g, That’s almost four rolls of filament!

Could be Ron, It’s not that much different but you could play with the temperature or extrusion rate.

    Looking good Mike,

Ready for a maiden next week?

All my parts on the Cub and Albatros came out lighter than what the manuals said.

Very good Kermit, but YOU still need to remember to charge them before going flying……………………………………….Just sayn

    Another top video Kermit.

But could you straighten the head cam next time, I had to put my TV on an angle to watch it.

You were lucky that Fruity was running his tunnel hull to get something interesting into your video.

Also, you omitted the part where you and your old mates were trying to ram that poor defenceless blue boat that came down to visit?

Other than that, not too bad……………………………………….Just sayn
