Another top report Col, but the IOM’s are at the canal this week, all welcome.

Nice video BA, but where’s the music?

Here’s the view from the “wheelchair” group down the other end.

We had eight boats on the water today which is a lot more than I could see near the jetty.

If you got out of bed at a reasonable time Kermit you would have seen the fleet in action.

I kept taking the camera boat up to the jetty but there was no one there?

Mr Moose, I’m sorry but I have to back Kermit on this occasion, I did indeed see a very large eagle flying around and Mike did try to get a photo but wasn’t quick enough.

Kermit, thanks for sacrificing your Tundra to that great big eagle, just so as Mike and I could have a few good fly’s with our planes.

Good to here she’s already repaired and ready to fight another day!

Thanks Mike, it surprised me as well when I watched the video.

Glad there wasn’t too much damage Ricky. Looked impressive when you did have control.

Here’s my video of the day. (with music for Ross)

Kermit, we had a total of seven boats on the water, they were all thriving in the light south westerly winds.

I was going to send the camera boat up your end to get some nice video of the yachts frolicking in the perfect DF65 conditions, but the only one sailing that I could see was Ron.

    SOFT!

The hardy Marine Modellers had their boats in the water!

Another top video Bad Angel, but where’s the music?

    Pete summed it up perfectly!

Special thanks to Col for his hard work all year and the great reports.

    Merry Christmas!

Looks like I missed another interesting day @ the “duck”.

Loaded the car, then the rain bucketed down here, the wind was blowing a gale out on the water. Smallest rig I have is a “B” so like Stuart “I don’t sail in the rain”.

Unloaded the car and 30 minutes later the sun came out, the wind died down, Bugger! (I should know better)

Not sure about the “SMOOTH SAILING” Col mentioned about Thursday’s IOM sailing in his post.

    Forcast for Thursday

    Min 9
    Max 18
