Excellent write up as usual Shorty.
Footage from my hat cam.
I tried changing the resolution and aspect ration to try and get bigger images rather than widescreen where the boats are too far away.
I think I still need to experiment a bit more.

Well done Gerald.

Good write up Col. You really captured the day. 👍
I saw this video on ground effect for airfoils and I wonder if it would work at the canal?
Thank you Kermit. I am honoured. 😎
Oooh, I like “Combat Wing”. 😁
All good Kermit. Thank you for enquiring.
Pred has coined it “Wing Wing” so that’s what it will be 🙂
Oh, Mr Kermit. The “wing wing” thing flew nicely after a bit of tweaking with the COG.
Thank you.
Do you know what it called?
I agree Mr Kermit. Excellent video so far.
Mike, very close call with the BumbleBee and those power lines!!!
As discussed around the field today, here is a link to the dental floss control horns that I stumbled across and are now using in the spitfire:

A good 4K production Gerald.
You captured the crashes in fantastic resolution.
Well done.
Wow! That was good flying in the blustery conditions Mr Kermit. Well done.
Similar conditions out at the duck with quite a bit of DF95 nose diving.
Wow! 900kgs. That’s a lot of thrust 😂
Thanks Mike. I’ll have a read of that.
I finally got my next Spitfire built and it’s ready for the next fly day.
I call it the Frankestein Cardboard Beer Carton Spitfire.
It’s the 800mm version of the Spitfire.
Congratulations Mike.
Well deserved.
